Creating Periods of Availability (Community Users)

How do I log my availability from the Community Portal?

  1. Log in to the Community site at: https://stjohnqld.force.com/events/login  (if you're unsure of your user credentials, please contact [email protected])
  2. Click on the tab: Periods of Availability as per below: 

3. Firstly, please complete the mandatory fields:- "Period of Availability Name" (e.g. Avril Cook - 2019) and "Contact" (please click on the magnifying glass next to the field and search & select your name).

4. The page is split in two sections:-

Information Section - This is where you log your availability for an extended period of time (e.g. start & end dates for the remainder of 2018)

Recurring Availability - This is where you log availability for certain days / times. 

Refer to the example below which shows that I'm available:-

- From 19th July - 31st July for the whole duration and

- Starting from 01/08/18 5:15 PM and Ending at 31/12/18 5:15 PM I'll be available to volunteer on Mondays & Wednesdays the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month

Important Information:- Please enter the time as well as the date in the same format as above
