Or you can create an Opportunity from the related list Opportunities of an Account

  1. Related Tab on a specific Account
  2. New Button on Opportunities related list

2. Enter all information known

  1. Complete a maximum of fields. (red star means required)
  2. Save
2. Enter all information known

3. Add Products

In the related list Products, click Add products

3. Add Products

4. Search and Select Products

  1. Search Products
  2. Select multiple Products
  3. Next
4. Search and Select Products

5. Edit Selected Products

  1. Enter the number of Hours per product
  2. Enter the number of Staff per product
  3. Enter the Quantity per product (need to be equal to Hours* Staff Number)
  4. Edit Sales Price if needed
  5. Save
5. Edit Selected Products

6. The opportunity Amount is automatically updated
