Create a recurrent Period of Leave

If you are not available recurrently, you can mass create your period of leaves

1. Click 'New Period of Leave Recurrence Schedule' button in the related list 'Period of Leave Recurrence Schedule' of your contact detail

2. Enter the details of your period of unavailability

1. Name of this unavailability

2. Start date of unavailability

3. Duration in hours per day

4. Days concerned

5. Weekly occurrence

6. End of this unavailability

 

In this example I am not available from Monday to Thursday in April (but available Fridays and Week-ends)
