Send Feedback Survey
After an Event send a feedback to your customer by checking the checkbox Send Survey on the Event details. The email is sent to the Contact of the Account.

When the customer click the link, it opens the form. He?she can fill it and click Submit

You can see the results of the survey in the related list Customer Feedback of the Event
