Manage Event Resource
1. Contact details
On a Contact details we can find information about an Event Resource such as the Status, the Region, ....
2. Contact Related lists
In the related lists of a contact, you can find all related information of this resource such as, qualifications, Hours, Period of Leaves, Awards, ....
3. Event Induction process
Check all documents received in the section Event Resource Induction. Once all documents have been gathered, the Event Resource Status become Available and the resource can be searched from a Job. An email is sent to [email protected] to advice the team that a new resource is available.
