Mass send emails to Event Resources
To advertise multiple Events in the same time, you can mass email users
1.Click Search Resources Tab
2.Search Resources using filters
You can search Resources by:
1) Region
2) Sub Region
3) Qualification
4) Period of availability
Then click Filter Button
NB: Only Resources with Event Resource Status = Available and Induction Pending will be displayed
3. Select all Resources to include in the mass emails
1) Select Resources
2) Click Send Email
NB: Make sure you allow pop-up for this website
4. Write your email and Send
