Restocking - Amending Product Quantities

This is what's required if the order-product quantities are showing as incorrect against your service record (located under Related > Order > Order Products) 

Important Info:

- The service record status needs to be "In Progress" in order for quantity changes to be possible.

Note: The order status will show as "Draft"

Step 1: Navigate to your service record and click on the Related Tab. As mentioned previously, the order status MUST be Draft as shown below:

Step 2: Click on the Order Number to view all the related order product items. Click on the drop-down arrow next to the product line-item where the quantity needs to be changed and select "Delete":

Step 3:  Re-add the product. You can do this from the "Order Product" page (as shown below) or by navigating back to the "Restock" button on the service record (preferred method for mobile devices) and doing it from there.
