Admin - Update User Warehouse / Region

Warehouse Allocation

From a service record, once the 'Assigned To' has been completed, the Region and Warehouse (required for MYOB) fields will be populated.  This is updated by a workflow.

If an incorrect warehouse has been selected when the service record is created, the admin will need to locate the user who has been assigned to this service. 

Click the 'Assigned to' users name to be taken to their profile page. 

Next, click the User Detail button located in the top right.

Scroll down the page to 'Additional Information' section. This is where the Region and MYOB Warehouse fields are located. 

Update the warehouse / region fields as required and click save. 

If there are any service records that have been completed, but require the Warehouse / Region to be updated, you will need to fix these records manually.  This can be done by navigating to a service, and manually changing the Region / Warehouse fields. 

Important Information: The warehouse pick-list value API Name on the User object needs to be the same as the warehouse pick-list value API Name on the Service object. See below example:
