Accessing ScreenSteps
ScreenSteps is the online documentation repository for the St John Salesforce solution.
Salesforce users can gain access to ScreenSteps right from the 'App Launcher' button with Single Sign On (SSO).
1. Login to ScreenSteps
While logged into Salesforce, click the 'App Launcher' button.
Click the 'ScreenSteps' link from the 'App Launcher' window.
Salesforce will trigger the launch of a new web-browser tab and display the ScreenSteps website.
2. Search or Browse for a help article
Enter a keyword or topic to search and click 'Search'.
